« The room seemed somewhat clean until we realized the bathtub, toilet and bathroom floor were definitely not clean. The AC unit apparently leaked because I stepped in front of it in my socks and they got soaking wet instantly. The sink wasnt clean and we kept stepping on stuff that wasnt vacuumed up off of the carpet. I really hope there isnt black mold from the drenched carpet under the AC because we both got ill after the 2nd night sleeping in the room and we were charged almost $300 per night...

5.8 sur 10, (562 avis)
« The stay at the Extended Stays Hotel was below our expectations. The rooms were never cleaned during our stay, we had no clean towels we had to to personally remove our trash and go outdoors to dispose of it. The keys were not working most of the time. The cost of the hotel during a local college football game were outrageous. »

« Séjour agréable et très bien en général. Les deux points à améliorer sont l’horaire du petit déjeuner qui finit à 9.00, c’est très tôt. Et l’isolation de la tuyauterie … vous entendrez le voisin prendre sa douche ou tirer la chasse d’eau. Dommage! »

« The staff was fantastic, I cannot say enough great things about them!
This is why the are so great, we got to our room and it was obvious that the last guests smoked in the room, the front desk time changed our room immediately. And even followed up when I went to the lobby several hours later to make sure our room was good.
The property is old and outdated but...very clean. Location is good, close to campus. »

« We have now stayed here on three different occasions. We like the location it’s close to campus. However everywhere in Lubbock is only 10 minutes away. We will not stay here again. Why do I always have to wait at least 15-20 minutes to check in. This latest trip we walked in to the room and the AC thermostat was broken on the floor. So no cooling for the first night. Second night had people knocking on the door and the smoke alarm battery went bad at 1 am. Toilet seat would not stay up. Property...
