« The room itself was basic but very clean, bathroom was nice and included plenty of towels. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I really would have liked a deadbolt lock on the door though. My main issue was how thin the walls were so the man next door kept me awake with his snoring. The host was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. »

« The place was great!! The staff was excellent. »

« Was not what I expected. Pool closed early. »

« Expedia messed up on our room. Dont book thru a 3rd party. Wanted whirlpool not accessible plus it was our wedding anniversary weekend! Also Expedia failed to add in the parking charge that great wolf charges. Great wolf is cashless and we didnt have money on our cards. Horrible check in due to mainly Expedia. Never again!!! »

« Large resort with Waterpark and more. »

« The Victorian was a great property. It was a little hard to find our building as the signage was hard to locate but staff was great at explaining where to go.Loved the Tiki bar, the pool and the beach area.Nicole was very attentive to our texts and got back to us immediately. »

« Very clean and updated room. Convenient location. »

« The room was perfect and the Host had excellent communication. Our issue was with the noise level after 10pm. There were children stomping around and we could here them talking, along with voices in the hall after midnight. I'm not sure if that evening was noisier than usual but it disturbed our rest. »

« Property was perfect. Honestly deserves a higher star rating based on location, perfectly kept, clean, comfortable, walking quickly to lake, beach, and any restaurant you want to go in charming Elkhart Lake. Everything was simple. Owners, who I would name, but not sure if they want their names online, so respecting their privacy were incredibly prompt, great communication, super nice & accommodating, etc……I am there once every 1-2 years, and next time i am just going to stay same place and...

« The location of the property is ideal, walking distance to everything. The bldg is clean except the indoor pool was closed and looked dirty. We were disappointed. It was too cold to swim outside. We had a very hard time connecting to the internet even with the person on the phone directing us. We called the CS phone number. She meant well, but she gave us the wrong information. I informed the host, but got no help from him/her. I dont know if we would stay here again. »
