'The room had a really sticky floor. It looked like someone spilled their drink and just left it. Cobwebs in corners. Bathroom was nasty. They mopped our floor the night we checked in because another room like ours wasn't available. We later noticed the bathroom shower was nasty. They had someone clean it the next day. They removed the nasty shower curtain but failed to replace it so we had to request a shower curtain. The tub was still nasty with soap scum. Housekeeping knocked on our door while...

'The house was beautiful, John was very friendly and helpful - he worked with us to make a change in our schedule at the last minute, much appreciated. Our room was very comfortable. We plan to return.'

'This was an overnight stop on our road trip. The hotel was very convenient to I85. The only issue was the water pressure at the bathroom sink. Shower wanter pressure was excellent. The room was large and well equipped. First time stay at a Fairfield Inn. Will highly consider staying other Fairfield Inns in the future.'

'Complex dient gerenoveerd te worden en is absoluut geen Plus. Badkamer smerig en geen ventilatie! Ontbijt zeer beperkt. Zwembad staat op de parkeerplaats (zie je niet op de foto) en er waren slecht een ligbed en drie kapotte stoelen aanwezig en veel rotzooi door volle afvalbakken. Personeel was aardig. '

'gave me the wrong room i ask for a room over looking the lake i got a room of the back of the bldg'

'The property and facilities are nice, yet I encountered several issues during my stay. I had trouble connecting to the Wi‑Fi: only the passcode was provided, with no network name. I repeatedly tried Wi‑Fi networks named after room numbers but failed. I had to go out to ask staff for the correct SSID and login details, and I waited a long time for assistance in the middle of the night. Additionally, the TV turned on by itself at around 5 a.m. while it was still dark, which was quite unsettling....

'Prima hotel voor verblijf met gezin. Fijn zwembad. Erg rustige omgeving.'

'Excellent stay, Staff was Great'

'Motel was clean, quiet and well managed. Gave us new towels each day and the beds were 10/10 comfortable ! Thank you'

'My room had mowed all in the bathroom. My room was not clean. There was hair on the bed hair in the shower hair on the toilet hair in the sink. I was moved to another room. It was cleaner, but it still wasn’t clean. Will not stay there again, however on a lighter side, the staff was professional, polite, well dressed and accommodating.'

'This hotel needs updating! Furniture is unserviceable my sofa had a huge tear in it and management laughed about it saying everybody let's them know about it! Really? Leave it there so everyone knows you don't care about what customers see in your motel? Carpet thoroughly disgusting in stains and smells up the room. The mattress was below par for comfort and the cooling system was noisy while running! QUALITY IS NOT HERE! This motel occupancy rate is totally due to CHEAP RATE IT ADVERTISES!'
