« The room had a really sticky floor. It looked like someone spilled their drink and just left it. Cobwebs in corners. Bathroom was nasty. They mopped our floor the night we checked in because another room like ours wasn't available. We later noticed the bathroom shower was nasty. They had someone clean it the next day. They removed the nasty shower curtain but failed to replace it so we had to request a shower curtain. The tub was still nasty with soap scum. Housekeeping knocked on our door while...

« The property and facilities are nice, yet I encountered several issues during my stay.
I had trouble connecting to the Wi‑Fi: only the passcode was provided, with no network name. I repeatedly tried Wi‑Fi networks named after room numbers but failed. I had to go out to ask staff for the correct SSID and login details, and I waited a long time for assistance in the middle of the night.
Additionally, the TV turned on by itself at around 5 a.m. while it was still dark, which was quite unsettling....

« My room had mowed all in the bathroom. My room was not clean. There was hair on the bed hair in the shower hair on the toilet hair in the sink. I was moved to another room. It was cleaner, but it still wasn’t clean. Will not stay there again, however on a lighter side, the staff was professional, polite, well dressed and accommodating. »
