Contemporary Scandinavian styled home on the 7th hole of Pinehurst #1

A combination of modern comfort and elegance. Wood cathederal ceiling and large surrounding windows brings the outdoors inside and wonderful views of Pinehurst Golf Course Number 1. Our home is overlooking the 7th hole on course number 1 - the Donald Ross original at the Pinehurst Country Club. Privacy and serenity abound indoors and outside. Our 3 bedroom home sleeps 4 players comfortably or three couples. The master bedroom on the first floor has a king bed with a beautifully updated master bath with a luxury shower. Upstairs has 2 more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 full size beds. All bedrooms have individual TVs. A full bathroom is upstairs with a half bath off of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equiped with spices and refrigerator basics. The screen patio off of the kitchen is a wonderful place to enjoy a beverage and watch the golfers or birds. Your invited to stay in our home as our guests and we have made the beds for you, stocked the bathrooms with towels and sundries and we have the kitchen basics to make your stay memorable. Easter Fun in Pinehurst

We came up for a long weekend over the Easter holiday. The property is even better in person than shown online. The views across the golf course were amazing. Everything you need to have a great time. Convenient to the Track Restaurant, Pinehurst Resort and the Village center. We even took a trip to the zoo and ejoyed the Seagrove community. Great View

The house had fantastic views of the golf course. We especially enjoyed watching the golfers from the living room and even in the kitchen. We were able to prepare our own meals in the well equipped kitchen as we did not wish to dine out every evening. The proximity to Pinehurst center was extremely convenient when did go out for dinner or walk around with our dog. We appreciated the ability bring our pet along as well. The house was exactly as it was listed. We loved the space it afforded us even though it was just myself and my spouse. We would go back again to this property when visiting Pinehurst.

Amazing house and location

This house was perfect for our trip to Pinehurst. We were in town for a golf tournament for our son, and he happened to be playing course #1. It was great to be able to have a retreat midway through to grab a snack and use the restroom. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and exactly as described. We even decided to extend our stay and the host was incredibly accommodating. We’ve already booked for next year! Thanks for a great experience.

Great place for family

Stayed during US Kids Golf Teens championship week. House was wonderful. It backs to hole 7 of Pinehurst 1 (short Par 3). The drive to the resort is 5 minutes door to door. The house is actually nicer than the pictures show. Master bedroom is huge with a very nice bath. Would stay here again.

Needs improvement

The a/c seems to be monitored or preset by the owner. Everyday when we would return, it would be hot and take hours to adjust back down. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was well below average. The exterior trash cans were full when we arrived; however the owner did stop by and empty the cans for us.

Simply Amazing

This house is a gem of a find. Amazing layout, friendly neighbors and the views of the golf course are spectacular. We cannot say enough how great it was for our first trip to Pinehurst. The commute in to town and to the Pinehurst golf courses was very close and beyond easy! Patti was a gracious host who was very easy to communicate with. We will be back for sure as we cannot imagine a better place to stay!

Great place but unreliable internet

This house is great! It is so well appointed- the kitchen has really everything we needed to cook like we do at home. The furniture is comfy and the king bed is comfy too. The screened porch is so nice to sit and watch the golfers (the green is right off the back of the house). The only issue we had was with the internet. It is DSL and went out intermittently which made it difficult to work (unable to use video or share screen on calls). Overall, a great stay.

A great house! Spacious, relaxing, convenient and right on the golf course.

This renovated house was perfect for our long weekend golf vacation in Pinehurst. Overlooking hole 7 on Pinehurst #1, we were a short 8 minute drive to the Pinehurst clubhouse and easy access to other area golf courses. The main bedroom was spacious, the king bed very comfortable and a large shower & bath area. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the amenities, and the TV was easy to use. Thanks for a great stay. (Note: Pinehurst Brewery has fantastic BBQ and beer.)

Such a Fabulous House!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house and our long weekend in it! Comfortable, clean, convenient location, well stocked kitchen, great beds, a lovely gas fireplace and a garage for the cars! Plus we got to bring the dogs!!! The owner, Patti, was great to work with and very helpful when we had a minor issue with the fireplace. She sent the awesome Rodney to the rescue and all was well again. Thank you, Patti - we had a very relaxing holiday weekend and very much look forward to coming back!!

This was a great property located on the fairway of Pinehurst no. 1. Very clean and spacious and in a great location. Hosts provide an array of essentials. Only problem we had was with the cable. No internet connection for streaming and remote in bedroom didn’t work. Will definitely recommend to friends and hopefully will get to stay here again.

Very Nice Home

We had a great Christmas in PInehurst. The unique house met all of our expectations for the 5 of us during our visit, and we loved that we could bring our pup. The view of the golf course is amazing! We would definitely stay here again.
