'Overall, we had a great stay. The only downside was the noise from the connecting room. If the room next door is occupied by a family with young children, it can be quite noisy, but that's really just a matter of luck. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.'

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...

'We were on a budget graduation trip to mount Tamborine and this was the best choice I made! Worth the money and beyond expectations. Although I thought the entrance was shady, we all had a good night sleep. The room was well maintained and all necessary amenities. Wish they had a pair of toothbrush and toothpaste. Other than that, it was a great stay. Definitely recommend!'

'everything was great, but I don't understand the darkly lit passages and in particular the gym, so dark.
In the room I also found that when you turned off all the lights then tried to put on a reading light for example, it was impossible to see the right switch and I'd end up opening the blinds or hitting the wrong button. had to use my phone torch.
I would definitely stay again. Very nice overall.'

'Lovely place that is walking distance from Robina. Spacious apartment with everything you need. The apartment was cleaned every day and I got an extra milk in my fridge when they saw the first one was opened. Our internet did not work but this was fixed immediately. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊'

'Buffet breakfast and staff were great. Great location, with the Florida Gardens light rail stop right in front of hotel. Two stops to Surfers Paradise in one direction and one stop to Broadbeach North in other direction. Very convenient. Hotel accomodated us with an early check-in and room upgrade.
