'The hotel misrepresented their rooms through VRBO. They said they had a KingBedroom reserved for us and we paid for it. When we arrived they had formed us they had no King rooms and they cancelled our reservation. And yet we were still charged for the full reservation even though it was all a lie.'

'I cannot say enough good things about host or the property. They were so helpful getting settled in, and the property was actually nicer than the photos! Everything you can think of has been provided, coffee pods/sugar/creamer. Complex itself is new and in good shape, Neighboors were quiet and the property grounds were immaculate.
