Luxury Southampton Village House

Breathtaking in every way and in the heart of the historic side of Southampton Village. This South of the Highway, one of a kind shingled traditional farmhouse exemplifies classic Hamptons style. The home boasts 4 bedrooms (2 ensuite) and 4 baths. Walking distance to town, (located on Halsey Street off Hill Street). Coopers, Gin, Flying Point, Road D and Dune beaches are a quick bike ride or drive away. There are 2 outdoor cameras, one facing the driveway and one facing the pool.

The house is situated on a double wide lot with 12 ft high privets keeping you in an incredibly private setting. Relax outside on one of three porches situated on the East, South and North sides of the home. Sizable fresh water gunite pool, Waterworks fixtures/faucets throughout, Wolf 36' six burner range, Wolf drawer microwave, Subzero refrigerator the list goes on.

July 1st – Labor Day: All stays must begin on a Sunday.

For shorter stays, we do offer limited Sunday to Wednesday/Thursday options, though we strongly prefer a 7-night minimum.

A 5.5% short term rental tax will be collected from all guests prior to check-in and remitted to Suffolk county for stays of less than 30 nights pursuant to the newly enacted 2023 law.

If there are children of any age that need swimming assistance you must turn on the child door alarms on all 3 doors in the house.
No candles, QUIET TIME after 10pm. Pool heat will cost $60 per day. After L.D pool heat cost is $400 regardless of the length of stay up to 7 nights
No loud music after 8pm. Trash pick up is first thing Monday so all trash must be brought to the cans by Monday morning.

We continue to make staying at this property a summer staple because everything about it is sheer perfection. The house is blissful. It is immaculate, well appointed and the charm and beauty of it cannot be captured in photos or even words, you just have to experience it. It is truly a special place. The location is ideal, minutes to the village, the beach, and just about everything that you would want to do in Southampton. We particularly love biking everywhere when we stay and everything is a scenic, easy bike ride from the home. Huge for avoiding weekend traffic! Ronnie is fantastic to deal with. He is extremely helpful, responsive and pleasant. To give you one small example, I asked if there were some extra hand towels, and even though there was an ample supply in the linen closet, Ronnie had a box of brand new beautiful hand towels delivered the next day. He truly cares about his guests and will do whatever he can to make your stay delightful. This place has given our family so many amazing memories and we cannot say enough wonderful things about it.

Stayed with friends for a wedding in Southampton. Ronnie was a great host and very communicative/always prompt. The house is beautiful and well situated in the neighborhood. We were in walking distance to great restaurants and shops as well as the venue. Looking forward to coming again!

Long Weekend Stay

My wife and two young children rented for the week.The home came as advertised and most importantly came perfectly clean. The location to town was amazing. We walked for coffee every morning with the kids and was a five minute ride to the beach. The pool was in perfect condition and the kids used every day. If you are looking for a clean and new house in a great location, look no further.

Recently spent a long weekend at this house with my extended family. The dates we were initially interested in weren't available, but Ronnie worked with us to find an alternative time to visit. The house is exactly as advertised -- very close to shops, beach, etc -- and the check-in/check-out process couldn't have been easier. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My husband stayed here with his family that was visiting from another country. We regret not choosing another property. The low rating is because the kitchen wasn’t stocked at all, no basics like sugar, salt, etc. possibly to discourage the use? And the appliances were not working; dishwasher leaked everywhere and couldn’t be used. The Washer and dryer didn’t work either. There was no vacuum cleaner, which was impractical and extremely inconsiderate. The lack of basic conveniences on a multi day booking can’t be overlooked. The property is well maintained outside, and interior is well done with lovely fixtures, good furniture, etc.

Clean, tidy, new renovation... beautifully done. Perfect for my husband, 3 year old and me. With a couple rooms leftover for family (maybe next time!). About a10 min walk to town, gorgeous neighborhood, a couple miles from the beach. Beautiful lawn and pool, with great privacy from neighbors. We'd absolutely stay again. Ronnie was also very communicative and quick to respond with any questions or needs. Awesome stay!
