This was a great spot on the beach in South Yarmouth. We loved the vintage interior, bright colors, cool ocean breezes, and comfortable furniture. The open living space and panoramic view of the ocean was delightful. Our favorite part was walking out the back door and being so close to the water as well as sleeping to the soothing sounds of the surf. It was a fun stay, and we hope to return next summer!

Enjoyed every second of this stay. Your toes are on the beach the second you step out the back door. Warm, happy, immaculate home. Especially loved the outdoor grill, even in the rain. Magical stay! Thank you!

This place is a real gem! Perfect for two people, right on the beach, exactly what we wanted. The decor is fun and there are some real throwback items to discover. We had coffee and breakfast on the deck overlooking the sound with beautiful sunrises every morning. We relaxed in the afternoon on the beach chairs provided with a book, cool drink and paddled out on the sound. Keep your eyes peeled In the evenings, you might spot the local fox or bunnies and plenty of of sea birds to watch all day.Great dining options are close by. Everything you need for a Cale Cod beach getaway is provided. The listing says it sleeps 5, but that would be pretty tight, unless you’re a couple with 3 small kids.There are neighbors close by, on one side, but it still feels very private.So happy we came across the Sea Witch!

I will apologize right away for being so late with this review.The house was magnificent, I expected nothing less. It was immaculate. Clean, neat and tidy, and of course, The Ocean right in front of me. The property is magnificent, and if you don’t take the chance of going to see this particular spot, you’re missing out on something incredibly special. Communication with the owners was quick and efficient. They are always a phone call or a text away. If I had to put my finger on something to criticize, the only thing I could think of is that the ice cube trays were only half full I will be back again, and thank you for having me one more time.

Lovely

Peaceful place on the ocean close to entertainment. The house is very cute and you can relax hearing the ocean sound. The kids had great fun playing by the beach while I could watch them from the porch.

Lovely beachfront location

We chose Seawitch because we wanted somewhere directly on the beach. It was lovely to be able to open the doors and see and hear the sea. The property was clean and comfortable.

On the ocean

This place was perfect for us. You can't get any closer to the ocean at such a reasonable price. It was nice having your own little beach spot with your own beach chairs . Will be returning in the future.

Oceanfront Getaway

Our stay at the Seawitch was exactly what we were hoping for. Direct beach/ocean access, privacy, Cape Cod charm. The home is small, but cozy, walk right out to your own private beach. Quiet, peaceful, exactly what we needed. Responsive, helpful owners. Highly recommend this property.

It was nice being right on the beach. House is very cute with the yellow accents. Lots of glass giving great views. Bed comfortable. All appliances there as well as a real lobster pot. Would stay again.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We have young children so it can be a lot of work to plan a beach day. We were able to come and go to and from the private beach as we pleased which took so much stress off of us. When the kids went to bed, we got to relax on the deck and enjoy watching the waves roll in and out under the bright moon. We were 5-10 minutes away from all of the great restaurants and attractions that Yarmouth has to offer which again is another bonus when traveling with young children. Check in and check out were a breeze, easier than a hotel! We truly enjoyed our vacation.
