LJ Hooker South West Rocks welcomes you to Beachway. A lovely elevated home located in a quiet laneway close to the centre of town. This property offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Bedding configuration in this property consists of two queen and two singles. This property contains its own living, dining and recently renovated kitchen as well as an outside laundry and large undercover bbq area.

Beachway has ample room offering a fenced courtyard, with room for a small boat plus a large double garage.

South West Rocks pristine beaches and Central Business District are within a three minute walk of this property. The local boat ramp is approximately five minutes from the property as well as The Rocks Shopping Fair housing shops such as Coles, Liquorland and The Reject Shop is located within a five minute drive.
South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.
If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.

If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.

Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.

Most of our accommodation is centrally located to the town centre, beaches, restaurants and facilities.

Upgrades Required

Upon arrival we needed to clean the air conditioner, down stairs shower recess (mould) and othe items like the dish rack. Carpets are worn, stained and smell like dog. The pillows were ripped and old. The balcony furniture is rusted out and dangerous. Fly screens and generally most things need a good clean. Kitchen has been updated and was good. Check the width of your car or boat before booking. Our car just fitted through the front garage doors. Sadly our boat did not. Won't go back to this particular place.
