‘Ashmore’ features an air-conditioned, open plan living and dining area with raked ceilings and ceiling fans. This area opens to the rear deck which features a comfortable outdoor setting and gas BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and stone bench tops.

The home boasts 4 stylish bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and plantation shutters. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and the second with 2 singles. Downstairs also has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with 2 singles. All the bedrooms feature new beds with quality linen and plenty of hanging space.

There are 2 newly renovated bathrooms, with the upstairs bathroom featuring a bath and separate shower. Downstairs, you will find the second bathroom as well as the laundry, complete with washer, dryer and a convenient third toilet and shower.

There is NBN wi-fi internet available with a small office space for use if required. You will have the use of the single lock up garage which has plenty of storage space and additional off street parking is available for a second car.
