« Place was closed and locked when we arrived. Had to call sister accommodation to try and open it up. First night we were the only people in the place. Stayed two nights. I never saw a single member of staff the whole time »

« We didn't make it in time to try the restaurant, but the menu looked great, as was the St Austell beer. We received a very friendly welcome and were shown to our rooms in the annex next door. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room had all we needed. Breakfast was from a great selection and we checked out without issue. Fantastic. »

« Room overlooking the beach, very spacious & clean. Good soundproofing our sleep was not disturbed by other guests. Used the pool and sauna all very clean & very helpful staff. Breakfast was a lovely continental selection, lots of fresh fruit. Restaurant had a stunning view of the beach, would've like some lighter options for lunch and dinner. Mini bus was a great little added extra for getting to and from the edge of town. Very helpful staff eager to help. »
