'Our room was clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were always asking if there was anything they could for us. When their top chef was on duty, the breakfast was great. Claudio parked and retrieved our car and was helpful with local advice. He set the good tone for all that followed during our stay. The front desk was friendly and flexible and dealt with my needs before and after my hernia repair surgery, making sure my linen was freshly changed on the day I left the hospital and returned to...

'The lobby, bar, and other common areas are very nice and clean. The rooms have everything that you need in them. And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down.
If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind.'

'Overall it was fine, to be a luxury hotel like the name says it needs to be clean. The sheets and bed skirt had stains and so did the sofa in the room. The bathroom door had soap scum on it.'

'The hotel is clean and modern. The room is perfect except foe the noisy fridge. However the service is not as expected. Paid for breakfast and at 830 the first day they were already cleaning up and the assortment was limited. Second dat there was not even breakfast. I am still waiting for the promised breakfast. '
