'We stay at this hotel at least 3 times a year because my son goes to college at AUGUSTANA University. Overall, we love this hotel but there is one staff member who works in the dining room area for breakfast that is extremely rude. She yells at guests when they are getting food. I have spoke to and watched multiple guests that feel uncomfortable with her interactions with guests. She yelled at me today when the waffle batter machine was not working properly. She couldn’t get it to work properly...

'The breakfast was decent. Coffee is decent. Room is mostly comfortable. I had a light out in bathroom. There was also evidence of growth starting to develop in areas of the window. The shower handle wasn’t secure and water pressure is poor. But the staff is super nice and helpful and the area is close by where I was working so it’s a decent stay. Price is also fair.

'It’s a decent, affordable place. The hallways and lobby could use a vacuuming, the room was reasonably clean though. We did have a problem in one room and the staff was super helpful, friendly, and immediately switched us to another room.
Things are a bit dated and worn out, but still OK. The breakfast was fine - basics like any lobby breakfast.
The area has a nice restaurant, bar, convenience store / gas station, and coffee shop - all right there nearly sharing parking lots and easily...
