« The first room was not good and the heat did not work. But we were moved to a new room. That was absolutely beautiful spacious, working heat, comfortable, clean with sitting area. So the second room gets all the five stars! Staff and food were all wonderful! »

« The hotel is very new so all the open facilities were in perfect state. Staff are all new and motivated, if not fully trained. All were very keen to serve thier customers. The hotel affords great views over Torbay from the main restaurants, bars and space by lifts. We did not have a seaview room so looked over the railway and neighbours gardens. Our room was well furnished and decorated including a small fridge and coffee machine. It would be nice to have a second chair given it is a double...

« Le store du velux laisse entrer la lumiere qui commence a 4h du matin en Angleterre en ete, mais nous etions deja reveilles car on entendait clairement les ronflements de la chambre d`a cote, et a ce propos, l'isolation phonique etait tellement mauvaise qu'on croyait avoir des fois les voisins dans notre chambre/S.d.B. En ouvrant le velux, toutes les odeurs de la ventilation de la cuisine entraient dans la chambre car c'etait juste en face. Le long cheveu qui n'etait pas le notre est reste...

« We arrived late after a mechanical issue with our car. We called ahead to advise Ed that we would be late. He fully understood and when we did arrive was greeted with a smile. Breakfast was very good, room very comfortable. »
