'I would like to shout out the photographer of this property. They need a raise! The place was very run down. It's in a rough area, neighborhoods didn't feel inviting. We could hear traffic from our room, and the train went by several times. The room was described as "able to sleep 4." Well, that was simply impossible. There was 1 king size bed. No couch. No futon. 'We arrived late in the evening and stayed for one night. Host was responsive and accommodating. The rooms were clean, we enjoyed the kitchen and living area as well. Walls are thin so we could hear everything and since it is close to the road there is a traffic noise. We think it was a good value and we would stay again. '

'Upon arrival I was greeted by a cockroach crawling on the floor through the dark. I went back up to the front desk and the clerk tried passing it off like that’s normal in Florida. It’s not. I’ve lived here for 20 years and never seen a cockroach in a hotel before. I named him bed because he probably lives there. 'When I got there it was after 2 am my plane was late. I was in a horrible room I believe the missed cleaning. Couldn’t sleep that first night at all. Next morning went to front desk and tel them about my experience and the definitely helped me and were concerned about my experience. They gave me a different room and my experience was wonderful after that. That woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and so was the security guard at night when I arrived.
