Ceci est une magnifique, caractƩristique de paradis en bord de mer Ơ deux Ʃtages maison de 3 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains. Salle de bain dans chaque chambre. L'Ʃtablissement propose un plan d'Ʃtage ouvert lumineux avec de grandes chambres et une vue remarquable sur l'ocƩan. Il peut accueillir de 12 personnes et accueillir jusqu'Ơ 16 personnes. La chambre principale, balcon, salon et piscine privƩe chauffƩe / SPA avec vue sur la plage de sable blanc du golfe du Mexique.

65 "LED TV dans le salon et chaque chambre Ʃquiper avec Smart TV LED avec une capacitƩ de navigation sur Internet.

Nous avons achetƩ cette maison en Juin 2014, dƩcorƩ professionnellement avec flambant neuf, ameublement de luxe dans toute la maison. Vous pouvez voir la mer depuis chaque chambre. Pour une bonne nuit de sommeil, nous avons des matelas Tempur-Pedic.

This is our third time to rent this property over the last few years and it never gets old. We love the location and the property. The house is beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. Sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves is probably my favorite part. You will not be disappointed.

Property was clean, the host was fast to respond for any questions i had, and very polite. Ocean front property, zero mosquetos, safe area, police patrols regularly on beach and streets, AC worked great, beautiful view, exackly what i wanted for me and my family, we had a perfect time, thank you.

The house was amazing if you have a big family this house is perfect the view is everything me and my family were very satisfied and getting in touch with the host is very easy. The only thing I would say is that they donā€™t give you things like trash bags they do but only three and we were staying for five days but house was clean and everything you need was available I would definitely stay again and again that view is amazing.

I brought my teenage sons, their friends, and my dogs. We all had such a memorable time. The location was absolutely perfect as I was able to just walk out on the beach to watch the sun rise every morning and close my evening with a beautiful sun set on the beach. There was so much to do for the youth from jet skiing to horse back riding. The house is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and spacious providing everything we needed. And if we did have any questions, the communication with the property owners was wonderful and transparent...and immediate. I'm so grateful for that trip.

We were impressed from the moment we walked in. The furnishings, appliances , amenities and the view were perfect. Kitchen was stocked well with utensils and pots and pans. The house was very spacious and the view was amazing. Owners were very accommodating and gracious, and very responsive with our needs. We are definitely planning on returning and will highly recommend this property to our family and friends!

Property is located right on the beach but you have to walk through tall grass to access it from the house. We chose to walk down a few house and access from a public ramp. House was clean except for kitchen counters and one bathtub non slip mat. Fridge light, water and ice didnā€™t work but wasnā€™t a huge deal. Pool heater didnā€™t work and pool was dirty so we never got in which was inconvenient. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again in the future.

We had less than ideal weather during our stay but we were still able to enjoy the beach with short quick visits and the view from the condo patio/balcony. Easy and direct access to the beach made our spontaneous visits to the beach a pleasant experience. The pool was also a huge plus during our stay. I would highly recommend without any reservations.

The property location was phenomenal- right on the beach but not too crowded (in May). The property is well maintained and as expected from photos. I'd give it a 4.5 stars if I could with the only reservation from 5 starts being that the furnishings and decor are a little old and the soaps/shampoos and kitchen sponge were unusually small. Overall very nice (especially for the price) and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Booked this property over a year in advance for an October rental. We have been visiting SPI in the fall for many, many, years. The location is great. The house is nice but could definitely use some updating. The property manager is very responsive, which is good. However, the pool/hot tub heater was broken for our entire stay. I spoke to the pool maint crew and was told it has been broken for months. Very disappointing and a deal breaker for us. October can be a very chilly month and we would not have rented this house without a working pool/hot tub heater. Two cold northern cold fronts came through the area (normal for Oct.) which made the pool useless for us. When I asked the property manager "when was the pool heater going to be fixed", I Was told by the property manager that this house is not "advertised" with a hot tub/heated pool. Well, it was when I booked it in Sept 2022. Our general impression of the property is that it needs some updating. Multiple electrical outlets in and around the kitchen do not work. I purchased an extension cord to plug in my work computer. Also the carpet is very worn. Overall, the property appears to be a well used rental that could use some updating.

We had a fantastic stay on SPI. The weather was amazing, the house was perfect for us, and we loved that it was right on the beach. Great communication with owners/property manager as well. The view from the second floor is breathtakingly picturesque and provides a nearly endless view of the Gulf of Mexico.
