Dryer needs to be vented…when we ran it the bedroom became very hot.Fan above the bed, in the master bedroom, needs ti have the ability to be turned on even though the light isn’t on.

The condo had everything that we wanted and was set in the perfect spot. Every morning, I could watch the sun rising and then head out to the beach for a walk. The grounds were well kept. The pool was nice and we even had time to sit and visit with the bartender at the cabana while having a drink. I loved watching the other guests walking their dogs around during the day. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully decorated and overall clean. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Super comfortable! The showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Bonus; I was able to control the thermostat which I took advantage at night for sunburn and sleeping purposes. I really appreciated that. The balcony is much larger than it appears in the photos which was nice in the evening to look over the pool area. I was very close to everything on the island but in case you’re wondering, Door Dash does deliver here. The only complaint I have was that the sofa looked like it was just puked on by a toddler and the area rug looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. I don’t hold it against the condo owner though. I recommend renting this condo and can’t wait to rent here again. Thanks so much!

Great property, but loud neighbors can ruin it

We stayed Sunday night through Friday night, and we had issues with noisy neighbors on the first and last nights. Otherwise, the property and apartment were great and exactly as advertised! Three pools and hot tubs, easy beach access, and I felt safe the whole time. Tennis courts were in great condition. Like I said, the only downfall was the noisy neighbors, which was exceptionally bad the Friday night. The people in the apartment right above us pulled an all night party, and they only stopped briefly after the we called the 24/7 number and the security guard spoke to them. They then started their party back up and we’re still going strong in the morning.

Beach Front Condo

Our condo was PERFECT and BEAUTIFUL! Our two-bedroom oceanfront condo was exactly as it was stated on the website. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and gadgetry, the beds were comfortable, and our rooms were big with plenty of room to move around. This was important as we had two 16-year-old girls with us. The beach was a two-minute walk past three pools and the tennis courts. There is even a bar where you can order drinks and food by the main pool. Our 3rd-floor condo faced the beach and overlooked the main pool. There are chairs and an umbrella, located in the condo, but we opted to rent them on the beach. They were set up for us every day inches from the water. Everything was perfect! I would 100% recommend this property. It was easy to check in and even easier to check out! This place was perfect and had an amazing view!

AC/Fan Problems

We were excited to stay at the saida towers but it was not worth the money. The first night we noticed the ac wasn’t cool enough and couldn’t keep it comfortable for sleeping so we reached out to management and asked why the fan wasn’t working,the maintenance guy came over and said it needed new remotes for the fans to work properly so he ended up bringing us two box fans. No plug in the bed room to even plug them in. We called every day of our trip with promises to have the issue resolved and maintenance never came back. It was run down and dirty, the back patio light was hanging off by wires, no restroom out by the pool, and probably a hundred people peeing in the pool every day. Wouldn’t recommend staying at saida. We travel every year to south padre island and this was the worst place yet. We have stayed at many condos on the island and saida was no comparison to the others. We stayed 4 nights for 1600 and it wasn’t worth 600. Won’t be returning to Saida towers again.

We absolutely loved this place. It was located perfectly, had quick access to the beach, great pools and tennis courts. The condo is beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Easy check in and out. Will definitely come back again!!

Lovely place...the view was awesome!!...very roomy condo with an open floor plan that looks out to the water and grounds...took some beautiful pics from the balcony...we loved the many swimming pools, hot tubs that were available....it's walking distance to restaurants and short driving distances to many activities and other eating places...the beach is only a very short walking distance from the condo....the property grounds were well kept up...we did find lots of dust on the ceiling Exhaust Ventilation Fan in the bathrooms and this did trigger my allergies... bathroom tiles were stained in some places...other than that the place was real nice...would stay here again definitely.....

This was great for our group! I would recommend that the you put felt on the chair legs of all chairs that are on tile in this unit and all the units. We were awoken when the people in the unit above us would move the chairs on the tile and it screeched so loud! Other than that everything was great.
