Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot balcony. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This condo is an end unit providing you with more privacy and windows for enjoying the incredible oceanfront views! The living room features plenty of seating for your group with a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa, love seat and a large side chair. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the SMART TV with Cable and HBO! Wireless internet is provided. Wireless internet is provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room's wall of windows! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and then formal seating for 4 at the dining room table. For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a duo coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning, you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. The Master bedroom comes with a SMART TV. Both bedrooms feature Memory Foam mattresses. The guest bedroom also has direct access to the hall bathroom. The Guest bedroom come with LCD TV.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front balcony! The views can't be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Seabreeze 1 Condominiums have beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment! Great location, easy access to pool and beach

We were very pleased with our recent stay. The condo was easy to access from the parking lot even without using the elevator as it was just a small amount of stairs to get to the door of the condo. Views were amazing. Balcony was great! Beach was super close. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans and kitchen utensils which was nice. Only suggestion is going ahead and bring paper towels and laundry detergent with you as that is not provided. No complaints at all. We will definitely stay here again. Very accommodating!

Nice location

The property was just as stated. Plenty of room. Near the pool 205 room which made it nice if anything was needed. Beach towels would be nice to add for the property as it took a lot of room in suit cases. Washer and dryer is wonderful to have in the condo. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The unit was just as described and very comfortable for our family of 4. The property manager was fantastic and responded quickly to every request we had. This second floor condo had a great view of the beach and pool. It is right next to a parking lot with public beach access, and at night we did hear several people yelling when they were coming in from the public access area to the beach. The place was clean, and well decorated.

Perfect getaway!

First vacation for the kids to the ocean and it did not disappoint! We were so happy with how clean the property was. Being right on the beach made the view that much better and easy to enjoy the water. Kids really enjoyed the heated pool too. Would definitely come back!
