HOA Requirements: Guests must be 22 years of age or older and present a valid photo ID at check-in. All guests and vehicles must be registered upon arrival. Parking passes and wristbands are provided in the condo and are required while on the property. The parking pass must be displayed in the front windshield at all times or the vehicle may be towed. Wristbands must be worn at all times while on the property. A security guard is stationed at the entrance gate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
