Step into paradise in Bella Vita, a gorgeous 4 bedroom/5 bathroom beachfront private home! There are only a handful of vacation rental properties of this caliber on South Padre Island! Boasting over 5000 square feet, Bella Vita is a vacation property you will remember! Enjoy lounging and entertaining in the spacious 2nd floor living room, while you take in gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from the large beachfront windows. The pool area is everything you need for a perfect pool day. Guests will love catching sun, sipping on a cool drink, and enjoying the large pool and hot tub.
You and your guests can relax around the large flat-screen TV, or step outside on the 2nd floor balcony overlooking the beach. The 2nd floor also encompasses the dining area and kitchen, as well as two guest bedrooms, each with a King size bed. Guests have a shared "jack & jill" bathroom between the two rooms. There is an Xbox at this property for guests enjoyment.

The 3rd floor entails a nice landing area that leads into a huge master bedroom which also overlooks the ocean from beach facing windows! Your 3rd floor Master Suite offers a comfortable King size bed and a flat-screen TV. The private Master bathroom features a large soaking bathtub (jets are NOT operable/NOT an amenity) and walk-in shower. The master bathroom also provides you with spacious double vanity area, perfect for getting ready for a day at the beach or a night out!

Back downstairs on the ground floor, you have your 4th bedroom, another Master suite. The ground floor master features two queen size beds and an attached master bathroom. The bathroom provides you and your guests with a stand-in shower and a lovely soaking bathtub. On the ground floor you also have a 2nd living/entertainment area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, as well as a kitchenette/wet-bar. The bonus space is just off the pool & patio area which is so convenient for when you are lounging out under the sun, or enjoying a poolside BBQ!

Every stay at Bella Vita includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items.
