    Onlangs gerenoveerd en uitzicht op de zonsondergang vanuit onze rustige appartement aan het strand! Welkom in ons kleine stukje paradijs op het zonnige South Padre Island. Ons Beach House appartement is volledig gerenoveerd en professioneel ingericht. Zodra u het appartement betreedt, wordt u begroet door het prachtige blauwe water van de Golf van Mexico. Ontspan en bewonder het adembenemende uitzicht vanuit de open woonkamer of luister naar het rustgevende geluid van de golven vanaf ons extra grote privébalkon. De master bedroom suite met eigen badkamer kunt u genieten van het uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit uw kingsize bed. Onze eerste gast slaapkamer biedt een queen size bed en een 40 "smart tv. Een andere gast slaapkamer biedt twee stapelbed sets, 40 "smart tv en een mooie gast badkamer ernaast. De woonkamer, evenals de slaapkamer, zijn uitgerust met 55 "tv's. Tal van voorzieningen zoals wasdroger (in appartement), gratis internet, Spectrum Kabeltelevisie, gemeenschappelijk bubbelbad, lift, afgesloten parkeerplaats, grote en 2 zwembaden.

    Ons strandhuis is een gezinsvriendelijke vakantiewoning. De reiziger die de reservering beveiligt, moet 25 jaar of ouder zijn. Voor Spring Break / Semana Santa moeten alle huurgasten voldoen aan een beperking voor gezinnen.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in multiple 3 BR condos over the years and this was by far our favorite. The hosts have thought of everything and the space was perfect for our needs.

This place was AMAZING. It was clean, updated, beautiful view with a 2 min walk to beach, comfortable, and the communication and hospitality are top notch. When we come back to SPI we would stay here again, without a doubt. We had 8 people-4 adults and 4 kids from 3 to 14 years old and we all enjoyed it. A very family friendly condo and section of the beach.

The place was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. Everything was clean and updated. Beds were super comfortable and the view from the lanai was beautiful. The owners were also very quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The view was beautiful. The place was very clean, spacious and had more than we needed for our stay. The beach was not at all crowded. Lots of restaurants and things to do close by. We would stay here again!

Very nice. Loved that everything was working and access to building was easy. The pool was great for the kids, and the hot tub was hot.

Very nice view! Large balcony overlooks the pool and is a great place to take in the view. Condo is a very short, comfortable walk from the beach. There were boogie boards, plenty of fresh towels, extra chairs and the condo itself is very spacious. I recommend that guests bring dish soap, dishwasher pods, cleaning supplies (Lysol, disinfectant wipes, etc) as well as toilet paper and paper towels. The kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, pots and pans were plentiful. The pool is nice and our fellow guests were friendly and kind. It was a great stay and we will return!

Easy to book, very accommodating, great place, and fantastic beach access. Owners are very responsive with excellent communication. Loved it! Would highly recommend - of three different places we have stayed on South Padre - this is by far the best one!

This property was excellent! It was the perfect size for our family. The place was immaculate! The cleanest place I have ever leased. There were plenty of linens and they were wonderful quality. I always take extra when I travel with the kids and grandkids and we didn't even need ours. The kitchen was well stocked. There were chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for the beach. Speaking of the beach, the access was so easy. Also the pool was well maintained. Our hostess were super prompt at answering any and all questions we had. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect, just steps from the beach with a convenient boardwalk leading directly to the sand. We especially appreciated the wash off station, which made it easy to rinse off after spending time at the beach.The condo was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Having an elevator available was also a great convenience when bringing in luggage or avoiding the stairs.The owners/hosts were excellent hosts and were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Their communication made the entire experience stress free and enjoyable.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great location with beautiful views of the ocean. Very close to the beach (right on the beach). Loved that they provided beach chairs, parasol and pool/beach towels. Very nice swimming pools. The kitchen was well stocked equipment wise but lacked foil, spices, ziplock bags, saran wrap etc.. There were also very limited supplies in regards to toilet paper, no Kleenex, no laundry detergent.Overall great spot and would recommend.
