'We were first pretty comfortable with the decision we have made they given us a smoking room and my wife is pregnant whilst we made that clear some discreet things happen in our hall including a man knocking on our hotel door while I was away for 2 minutes asking my wife if she was “available”. This is unacceptable we have not felt safe in any capacity since then… We paid 7 full days for an unsafe environment. During the night was always noisy in the hall and the room service would not always...

'I have stayed at The Andrew several times. The staff are helpful and friendly; rooms are clean and breakfast is included. The surrounding neighborhood has lots of shops and restaurants. It is safe and walkable. The LIRR is literally across the street so it makes accessing Manhattan super easy and convenient. No need to pay crazy NYC prices for a room or deal with the crowds and the noise. The LIRR gets you there quickly. '
