'Early in the season but pool was needing some TLC. Lots of debris in the water. Shortage of lounge chairs by the pool. Staff was receptive of challenges I had , as far as the TV.'

The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.'

'Despite the claim of Expedia that all prices shown include taxes and fees, INCLUDING RESORT FEES, when I tried to check in at the Ocean Plaza I was told I would be charged an additional $16.67 per night "resort fee". I demanded a refund and was told they would not refund the first night's fee. These people are running a scam in violation of Expedia's policy.
