'Prachtig klein hotel, heerlijke ruime kamer met riante badkamer. Het is een oud huis met enorm veel charme. Locatie is ideaal, Independence Hall op loopafstand. Parkeren aan de overkant in de garage, hotel geeft korting. '

'First things first, I was very impressed and relieved by the cleanliness of the room. The architecture of the room was lovely with the brick walls, a fireplace, and a tiny balcony. I was able to leave the door to the balcony open and get fresh air in my room first thing in the morning. It was so nice. The complimentary blueberry muffin that they had in the lobby in the morning was delicious and moist.'

'It was very dark in the hotel. Room layout was unusual with shower window to the rest of the room and door to the toilet was not floor to ceiling and not sound proof at all. Fine for a married couple but not ideal if I were traveling with someone else. Bar area/lounge was very cool. Staff were very good.'

'I called for an early check, but when I reach there at 2:19pm. I was told that Rume is not available and they asked me to pay 30$ for early check-in. Small lotion, small bar soap, small shampoo, broken TV, broken toilet seat. Never again'

'The environment was serene. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and has arguable the best bathroom shower (no mold, no discolored tiles) I have seen - and I do stay in five-star resorts/hotels all the time. They have the most polite staff. The classical music played overhead at the lobby is very soothing.'

'I arrive late at night and left 5:00am so did not get to explore but the building, room and staff were amazing'

'Degelijk hotel met een goede ligging en vriendelijk personeel van waaruit je Philly goed kan ontdekken. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding was perfect.'

'Great property in a great location with attention to detail throughout the apartment. However if you are a light sleeper, the constant train passing through and subsequent noise will surely be a bother.'

'This trip we stayed in 250$ a night locations and in 100$ a.n. locations, the most expensive one disappointed us the most. Canopy by Hilton. PHI. The fridge still had stuff and food (A SMELLY CHEESEPLATTER AND DRINKS) and the shower had hairs. Black ones (i'm a red head, partner is bold ) Would have expected this in a lower rated hotel, just not at the Hilton.'

'Uitstekende locatie, wat ouderwets, maar met grandeur'

'Nice room, nice staff. Price higher vs the booking price but that was solved smoothly. Nice free coffee and free wine at the happy hour. Perfect location, expensive parking but that you know in every big US city.'

'Ok op een goede locatie. Parkeren problematisch en garage aan de overkant zijn boeven. Hotel zou een betere oplossing voor hun gasten moeten bemiddelen.'

'Locatie was top, maar de staat van het hotel en de kamer waren minder dan verwacht. Wel schoon, maar iets meer verouderd dan de foto’s doen vermoeden. De locatie maakt daarentegen wel e.e.a. goed.'

'The management demonstrates how incompetent and unprofessional are. There is no supervision. They mishandled our belongings and could not find it. They brought to me the belongings of other guests and I returnee that to them. Finally, after too much time and effort wasted, they found out belongings. This is the worst W Hotel I have stayed. Also this Hotel seems to be abandoned. Not even the system was working so I the checkout process could not be made when I left the hotel. Total chaos, but...
