Shoreside Haven - Tiny Floating Cottage #2



This 2nd edition of the luxurious Tiny Floating Cottage (TFC) has everything vacationers will need to relax in style on the water in South Haven Michigan. The Shoreside Haven can sleep up to six persons and has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed. There is also a bunk room with a twin-size bed over a Full size futon. The open concept living room has full size fold-out sleeper sofa. Fully equipped Bathroom with stand up shower. The Living room has a patio door that leads to the lower level deck. 



There is a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave and a coffeemaker. The TFC#2 is air-conditioned in the summer and heated during the winter to ensure guests are comfortable. There is a sectional sofa to kick back and relax in the living area, and a coffee table that opens to a full-size kitchen table that provides seating for guests to socialize after a day exploring SOHA. Towels and linens are provided.



The Shoreside Haven has a large roof deck accessible via a spiral staircase that makes for the perfect place to relax and take in the sights. The roof deck is  furnished with furniture, a table and chaise lounges. Guests will be able to enjoy the stunning views afforded in all directions and overlooking the marina basin. There is a large deck off the living room facing the marina basin and there is also a covered patio with furniture and a gas grill located on shore adjacent to the slip.



This unique TFC rental resides on the Black River, perfect for a wonderful weekend getaway or a vacation of exploring the stunning Lake Michigan coast. This TFC is located at Woodland Harbor Marina, part of the Harbor Club Resort and Marina, offering a full resort experience. The marina has a full club house and heated pool for guests’ enjoyment. Boats, golf carts and bicycles are available for rental.

Reservations include use of the entire house, back patio with grill & outdoor seating, and attached garage. Guests receive access to the Woodland Harbor Marina, the Harbor Club Resort`s clubhouse, community pool, and fire-pits. Boats (speed boats, pontoon boats, dinghy boats, and kayaks), boat slips, golf carts, beach carts, bicycles, and more are all available to guests (for additional rental fees). The Resort`s private streets are perfect for strolling or biking and the Kal-Haven Trail-head is also nearby for those who enjoy outdoor activities.​​​​​​​



Our Welcome Center Office is staffed and open in the Resort Mon-Sat, 9am-5pm EST. A member of our concierge team is available by phone or text 24/7 should any needs or emergencies arise during your stay. South Haven, Michigan is a quaint and peaceful beach-town that is perfect for families and groups looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Our cottages are centrally located with access to the Kal-Haven Trail, beaches, the Black River, family activities, dining, shopping, golf courses, wineries, and more!​​​​​​​This property is a vacation rental in the Summer (June, July, & August), available for long term rentals of 1-6 months outside of that season. Located 1 mile from downtown South Haven, 1/4 mile from Lake Michigan, easy commute to Holland, Benton Harbor, or Kalamazoo areas! The Harbor Club South Haven Resort offers private streets for walking or biking with pets, children, or the group you are traveling with. A quaint pond and bridge offer a peaceful place to stroll and watch the local wildlife. The Resort is located on preserved wetlands and woodlands on the Black River and includes a gorgeous private marina.



City bus routes and taxis will come into the resort and directly up to the cottage to pick up and drop off guests. Winery tour buses run through the area and several highway entry and exits are within one mile for easy travel.



Check in at 4pm EST. If housekeeping staff is able to prepare the home sooner, we will make every effort to contact guests and allow an early check in. Check in takes place at our Welcome Center Office in the Harbor Club South Haven Resort (330 Ash Street, South Haven MI). At least a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests have until 30 days prior to check in to pay the remaining balance. Please contact our reservationist for specific details. All towels, linens, paper products, and a starter kit of soaps are included in the cottage rental. Guests receive access to the resort's marina, clubhouse, community pool, and fire pits. Boat, golf cart, beach cart, and bicycle rentals are all available in the community. Harbor Club Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
