If your family is craving the familiarity of a classic beach house from yesteryear, the Cozy Corner is for you! This historic home offers distinctive architecture, but has been lovely renovated by it s current owners to offer modern day amenities.

Living Spaces
After a long day at the beach or out exploring the area, the whole family will love coming home to the inviting and spacious living room. With its soothing neutral furnishings and coastal inspired decor, it s perfectly put together and abundantly welcoming. With plenty of comfortable seating, it will quickly become your favorite evening go-to spot for TV, movies, and games with the gang.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

Cooking Dining
The long galley kitchen is fully equipped with everything you ll need to create anything from a simple snack to a full-course meal. The abundance of counter space makes food prep a breeze, the tile backsplash adds a stylish element, and the large window invites in the sunshine. You ll love cooking here! The island offers seating for two, while the attached dining area has seating for six.

Bed & Bath
Four charming bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and luxury linens, ensure that each family member gets a great night's sleep, ready for the next day's adventures. As an added bonus, the home's three bathrooms have all recently been renovated, offering spa like amenities. On the first floor of the home is a primary suite with queen size bed, dual nightstands and lamps, and TV. There is also a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Guests will also find a convenient half-bath on this first level. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms with twin-size beds. The last cozy bedroom has a full size bed with a TV, and nightstands with lamps. Guests will also find a convenient full bath on this second level.

Outdoor Spaces
This is where the Cozy Corner shines! The oversized corner lot is fenced and beautifully manicured with soft green grass and dramatic foliage. Off in the front corner is a large patio underneath a pergola! This may well become the gathering space of choice, with its generous living and relaxation spaces. It will be a joy to bring your coffee out here in the morning, enjoying the view of the greenery as a cool breeze flows in. In the afternoons, it s a serene spot to read a few pages in your book or catch up on your social media feeds. And in the evening, enjoy your dinner at the dining table at the nearby patio with charcoal grill.
