The primary renter (contract signer) must be at least 25 years old, and the maximum number of rental residents and guests is 10 unless otherwise agreed by contract. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Homeowner harmless from any and all liability for personal injury, sickness, or property damage sustained or otherwise claimed by Guest or any individual invited or otherwise brought onto the property by Guest.
The house comes with a booklet with many suggestions for area activities, restaurants, shopping, etc. It's a wonderful place to come and say "Ahhhh!" Come enjoy!
