• Wildlife Encounters: Deer, elk, foxes, wild turkeys, bears, and other wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. Please never feed wildlife and secure all food and trash.

• High Altitude: South Fork sits at approximately 8,200 feet above sea level. Guests visiting from lower elevations should stay hydrated, avoid excessive alcohol consumption upon arrival, and allow time to acclimate.
