'The location of the hotel is near Eden. The staff is extremely unfriendly, although the room was excellent. We had the bridal room with an enormous bath. After 8.30 p.m. we could not have coffee or any drink at all. The bar and restaurant were closed at 8.30 p.m. so the only place to sit was in the hall. It is a pity since it is a very pleasant hotel. The hotel is a very old beautiful building of the 19th century. The staff should learn how to treat their guests.'

'Kiama is een mooi stadje. We zijn hier maar 1 nacht gebleven ipv de geplande 3 nachten. De airco op onze verdieping werkte niet. Het hotel had geen alternatief, dus we maakten gebruik van de optie die het hotel gaf om na 1 nacht iets anders te zoeken. De overige 2 nachten werden dus niet gerekend. Het hotel interieur is redelijk nieuw. Alles schoon en fris, maar vooral berekend, denk ik, op jonge mensen. Ik ben momenteel niet zo mobiel. Miste een comfortabele stoel. 'Beautiful place'

'Excellent stopping place. Needed a Room after the Crowded House concert in Berry. Room was large and very clean.Excellent king size bed. Good size bathroom, Rainfall shower with stacks of hot water. Very quiet, despite being close to the highway. Wonderful full breakfast included, complementary drink voucher which could be used for a barista coffee. Very friendly staff. Really could not fault it, and we travel a lot. Sydney, London, Guildford, Cornwall and Montreal in the last month. If we need...
