Summer Oasis ... the name explains why we love this home! We live on the West Coast and this home has been our secret summer getaway - walking distance to the beach, the bike trail across the street, being near Rte. 28 making it easy to navigate the seasonal traffic ... our Summer Oasis.

A short walk at 0.6 miles to the end of the street, is Cockle Cove Beach on the Nantucket Sound! This home offers Central A/C, WiFi, a screened-in porch, and open-concept living for your comfort and relaxation. The bright kitchen and breakfast bar lends itself to family gatherings with the large dining table just off the kitchen, as well as the screened-in porch. The open floor plan offers a spacious living room along with a flat-screen TV. There is also a laundry room and half bath on the first floor for your convenience. This home has all the amenities to make your vacation perfect!

Enjoy a large first-floor primary bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a desk (working area), and an ensuite bath with a shower.

The second story delivers lots of additional space for family and friends with 2 good-sized bedrooms, a full bath, and a large bonus space. Bedroom #2 is a traditional bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Bedroom #3 is configured as a media/sitting room with a TV and keyboard for entertainment. The convertible sofa in here folds out into a comfy queen-sized bed. Accessed through Bedroom #3 (aka the media room) is a very spacious bonus room over the 2-car garage. This private bonus room is furnished with 2 double beds.

Spend warm summer nights on the 3 season porch and also out on the patio in the backyard. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water; a Cape Cod tradition! This home has a 2-car garage to store your bikes (the bike trail is just 0.3 miles from the house), beach chairs, etc.
