La chambre était spacieuse et propre par contre on nous a donné la pire chambre de l’hôtel: juste à côté du lobby et de l’espace petit déjeuner et en face de la machine à glaçons. Très très bruyant donc. A minima il faudrait mettre des portes pour fermer l’espace de la machine à glaçons. Et je n’ai pas l’impression que l’hôtel était plein: cette chambre devrait être attribuée en dernier recours. »

« There is no lake view in a room that said it was lake view. It was clean. The king-size bed was beyond terrible. It was like 2 twins pushed together with a very lumpy mattress topper. No closet. Very tiny room. The hand sink was in the bedroom. The house was built in 1883, if it had been haunted it might have been worth the $250. It was neither haunted or worth the $250. »

« We were there from a Friday to Monday and did not get our roomed cleaned one time. Their policy is every other day and that is fine but on Sunday evening when we returned to our room from the day nothing had been done! No clean towels, no beds made, no new toiletries etc. Part of what you pay for and enjoy when you stay at a hotel is coming back to a clean room. « The property is in a great location, right on Lake Michigan. The sunset views are beautiful and truly breathtaking. There is also a nice small playground for children. Unfortunately, the room was very outdated. The description of the room we booked was also misleading and did not accurately reflect what we received. The amenities were disappointing as well. « This was an amazing experience!!! The dome was the cutest thing I’ve seen. The pictures don’t even do it justice!!!! The food was fantastic, I had crispy cheese & artichoke hearts. Delicious all around. Now let’s get to the superb staff, from the owner Missy to the bar with Lulu & Daneill and the ground keeper Carl everything was more than welcoming and accommodating. 10/10 »

« J’ai adore. Parenthèse hors du temps. Pas de wifi. Une radio. Un barbecue . Le bois est inclus. Que de la nature . Le logement a tout ce qu’il fallait! Smores offerts( pour deux alors que nous étions 4). Propre. Pas d espace pour les valises dans la cabane pour 4. C’était super chouette , calme . Attention l’arrivée est autonome. Pas de réception, vous recevez un texto avec les codes. »
