'The room is clean. Location is good and quiet. However, it will be better if the hotel could provide bottle drinking water. Swimming pool is small only for 1 pax lap swim, located outdoor which will be cold but the water is warm. Staffs are helpful especially Sophie who assist to keep our luggages and direct us to the near bus stop for the free bus city connector which is 3 mins walk. '

'Located on the South Terrace and one of the few hotels with a pool (if I remember correctly). The room was beautiful and very modern. Some of the reception staff were rather unfriendly when we asked for extra towels. We were staying in a room with 3 people and there were always only 2 towels. So we asked 1 more a the reception for the room and 2 for the pool and he told us to use the same one?! Housekeeping was also weird sometimes, I had to write them a note to let them know there were 3...

'Lovely clean, spacious room with good bathroom, and convenient powerpoints for mobiles by bed. Plenty of towels. Staff were wonderful - incredibly helpful and professional. Shower was a bit gentle and the Balmain shampoo/gel products are not great, they don't wash very well.'

'Very comfortable king bed, and clean and spacious room. Great check in with very helpful staff. Great to have secure parking for a small fee. Location is good, great pub with excellent food close by.'
