Welcome to L'escapade Romantique, a romantic cocoon designed for your absolute comfort.

This 25 m² studio offers:

A bright living space with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) for peaceful nights. A spa jacuzzi for relaxing moments together. A dining area equipped with a mini fridge, coffee machine, microwave, and essential kitchenware. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet.

In the main living area, enjoy natural light and a TV for your relaxation. Bed linen and towels are provided for a comfortable, stress-free stay.
Parking: No private parking space is available, but free street parking can easily be found nearby.

We kindly ask you to respect the property and the neighborhood. A security deposit hold will be required via a secure link to finalize your booking and receive the access codes. Would you like to extend your stay a little longer? A €10 flat fee allows for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and prior approval. ✨

The neighborhood is very well served by public transportation, with several bus lines and the tramway nearby, making it easy to travel to Rouen and the surrounding areas. Whether you are visiting for a cultural getaway or a business trip, you will appreciate the convenient access to the region’s main attractions.

Sotteville-lès-Rouen is ideal for those seeking a peaceful environment without being far from the city. The area has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that will make your stay both enjoyable and authentic.

## Transit

The Rue Bazire neighborhood has excellent public transport connections, providing quick access to the main points of interest in Sotteville-lès-Rouen as well as downtown Rouen.

For travelers arriving by train at Gare de Rouen Rive Droite, the property is easily reachable via the TEOR bus system. The T4 line is about a 5-minute walk away and can get you to central Rouen in under 15 minutes. It’s a convenient option for quickly reaching tourist sites, shopping areas, and the lively districts of the city.

## Notes

Check-in is self-service for your convenience, from 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
The property is managed by our team, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Upon arrival, you will find:

Bed linen for all guests, Essential toiletries for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper…), One large towel per guest, along with dish towels and bath mats for each bathroom, A welcome kit for the duration of your stay, including kitchen and bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid.
We strive to provide a comfortable stay, but please note that we are not a hotel. Extra cleaning, linen/towel refresh, restocking of essentials, or additional services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive:

A tourist guide with our recommendations and local tips and detailed check-in instructions for the property.

We also offer additional services to enhance your stay: baby equipment rental, luggage storage, shuttle service, babysitting, gourmet boxes, guided tours, and special events (proposal setups, birthdays, themed room decorations, etc.). For any special request, feel free to contact us.

To ensure a pleasant stay, please follow these rules:

Treat the property as if it were your own, Respect the furniture and leave the space clean at check-out, Follow instructions regarding check-in/out times and equipment usage, Respect the peace and quiet of neighbors.

Please note:

Parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the security deposit), The property is non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the security deposit), Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed (€50 will be deducted from the security deposit), Any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at replacement value.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without notice.
