Luxury 4 bedroom beach side detached villa, private swimming pool, Ayia thekla

The villa has a floor space of 160sq metres which stands in its own plot of 600 sq metres. To the front of the villa is a large terrace equipped with tables, chairs and parasol. The terrace is also shaded by mature palm trees. To the side and front of the villa is a large L-shaped tiled swimming pool. This has been designed with children in mind having a 3ft deep shallow end. Adjacent to the swimming pool is a sunbathing area equipped with sun beds and parasol. To the rear of the property is a garden. This area is shingled and is well planted with palms and tropical plants. Also to the rear is a seating area equipped with Cyprus barbecue. The villa is fully furnished, air-conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people in 4 double bedrooms. High chair and large travel cot can be provided if requested. Private secure parking for 2 cars is located beside the villa. A supermarket is 5 minutes walk away with a new restaurant and bar alongside.

Nice stay in nice villa

I’ve have been with some friends on vacation in cyprus for the first time. We booked this villa, we had good and nice contact with the owners and they liked to help us with our stay in cyprus. The villa was really nice, it looked really good on the outside and inside. We loved the swimming pool and all the things that the villa gave us. The location of the villa is also really good, nearby the beach and nice places to go out for drinks and food.

We had a lovely 10 days stay at The Villa Alexanda in Ayia Thekla, which was a lovely clean and well-equipped Villa. Gordon and Wendy were excellent in terms of their communications with us. We are a family of 7 adults and found the villa was absolutely perfect for our needs. The kitchen had all the equipment and amenities we needed for our stay; all the bedrooms were spacious with ample wardrobe space and multiple towels for each guest, there was even some games in the dining room draw which came in handy in the evenings. The pool was perfect with floaties, and toys supplied, and the pool man came midway through the week to top up the water. We enjoyed a BBQ twice, finding the coals cheaply from the local shop just a 5-minutes’ walk away.We had a car, but it would not necessarily be needed as buses run up and down the main road to Ayia Napa frequently, with Water World just a couple stops along.I can highly recommend the beach bar just a 2-minute walk, great if you get there early and get a bean bag table at the front you can stay all day as long as you purchase a drink from them. Overall an amazing experience, a well presented, relaxed and secure space. We would wholeheartedly recommend this Villa to everyone.

Miejsce fantastyczne. Spędziliśmy tam tydzień z dziećmi i znajomymi. Dom bardzo czysty wyposażony we wszystko czego nam było trzeba. W basenie dodatkowo były dmuchane rzeczy co ucieszyło dzieci. Sklep w pobliżu bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Świetne miejsce jako baza wypadowa w różne kierunki. Okazało się że po sąsiedzku mieszka Pani która pracuje jako kierowca taxi, z nią jeździliśmy do Aya Napa. Przed przyjazdem kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, udzielał szybkich i konkretnych odpowiedzi.

AMAZING!!!

Huge villa that has everything you need.Especially the stepped down pool that allows the younger kids to play in fairly shallow water and then a slope into the deep end. It was perfect for all of us.It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and beach bar which has great food and excellent viewsThe bus stop is at the end of the alley exiting from the back of the villa which is a 10min ride away from Ayia Napa.This villa is in a fantastic location and is very modern. I would even go as far as saying the pictures do not do it justice. Fantastic hosts with lots of communication before we arrived with plenty of good advice that really helped us.Overall an Amazing Villa and a fantastic holiday.

What a wonderful Villa

Gordon was spot on with giving us all the info needed. The villa is more beautiful in person and was just fantastic. Where the villa is situated is ideal! So close to the beach. There is a beautiful bar on the beach which doesn’t even take a minute to get to that does breakfasts and cocktails, not to mention it’s so pretty. Was only a 5 minute drive into ayia napa which was very busy but being able to get back to a quiet area was brilliant. Would definitely recommend and I know we will definitely be coming back.. thank you Gordon!

just had a lovely 2 week holiday at this villa in ayia thekla and already suffering with holiday blues. The villa is in a quiet location set across the road from a fabulous beach which has a beach bar (we used this beach on days kids wanted to stay by the pool). The villa is near a main road so there is easy access to the nearby larger towns of protaras and ayia Napa, plus the water park is in walking distance . It was so lovely to wake up to see views every day. The villa was spotless and modern. Miki who looks after the villa is there to hand if any problems occur within the villa, and the host Gordon and was excellent in ensuring everything went smoothly and was also there to help when I had a slight family issue. I would highly recommend and will not hesitate to book to go again. Thank you Gordon.

We had a great stay at the villa, located right next to the beach. Neighbor drives taxi, witch is helpfull if you need a restaurant, there is very few nearby. Quiet area, some construction.

Beautiful villa. Area is being developed so will be much busier and infrastructure surrounding will be improved in coming years. Few issues while there with maintenance which was disappointing but in the main didn’t detract that much from the experience. Would stay there again in the future.
