Casa Olea offers the perfect balance for those seeking a secluded spot while still having all the city’s amenities within 5 km. Casa Olea is a country home nestled in the heart of nature. Olea is the ideal retreat for those who wish to relax in the tranquility of the great outdoors. You’ll have the chance to sit in the shade of the magnificent centuries-old olive tree on the surrounding property… and peacefully read a book or take a break during the day.<br>Undoubtedly, the highlights of the house are the chance to fully enjoy the fresh air and the disarming silence, interrupted only by the sounds of nature.<br>The house can accommodate up to 6–7 people, with three bedrooms… children are welcome.<br>If you have a pet, you’re welcome to bring it to our property. The only requirement is that you let us know in advance; in that case, we’ll establish some rules and charge a small cleaning fee. <br>In addition to the house, you’re welcome to use the spacious veranda and the entire outdoor area surrounding the house... and if you’d like to have a barbecue outside, you’re free to do so. <br>Casa Olea is not only located about 4 km from Sorso but is also very close to Sassari, about 6 km away… so any services (pharmacy, grocery store, etc.) or recreational activities (cafés, restaurants…) are all within easy reach.<br>From Casa Olea, you can reach the nearest beach at Platamona in just a 10-minute drive (about 5 km), but if you’d like to venture out for some day trips, you can easily reach the following destinations: Castelsardo, Stintino, Alghero, Argentiera, Isola Rossa, Costa Paradiso, Santa Teresa, La Maddalena, etc.
