Bathrooms:

The first bathroom features eco-friendly design accessories handmade by a local carpenter, a luxurious Turkish Hamam bath including a sensory shower for non-professional domestic use. You also have the added feature of listening to your music using a memory card of the USB port as there is an integrated sound system installed. The second bathroom is complete with a Sea view hydro-jet tub from Kaldewei, wooden details and Murano chandelier. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are also provided.

Kitchen:

The kitchen includes all necessary amenities and features to make a classic Italian dinner. You will also find a Carrara marble island with transparent Cartel chairs on one side. There is also an electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, wine cellar, steaming basket, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen features a lovely private balcony which overlooks the most spectacular view while you can enjoy your breakfast.

Living Room:

The large open space living room is a great place to relax with your family or friends after a long day of exploring the sites. The room features first choice cowhide sofas, 55” Philips TV (smart TV and 3D), Bettarini paintings and Capri Carmelina. Cartel design tables and chairs make up the dining area in the living room. The small laundry room is complete with the latest generation appliances, Ariston washing machine and Hoite point dryer, aimed at saving energy. There is also the option to add two single beds in the living area for an additional 2 guests.

Guest Access

During your stay, you will have complete private access to the whole apartment which is located on the first floor, including the outside balcony areas with sea view. This elegant and clean property is complete with luxury amenities with eco-friendly methods also taken into consideration. There is also the possibility to have an additional 2 extra single beds in the living room, do let us know at the time of booking so that we can prepare this for you.

Accessibility

As these is historic building, guests who use a wheelchair are required to book the dedicated transportation service at least 15 days prior the check-in.

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Parking

We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance.Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.
