Good side, the room was ready at 11 AM. The breakfast served on the rooftop was nice for view and food, the service was great too.
Unlike the other average 4-star hotels, the staff was not as friendly and professional (like a previous review said “Miserable staff!”). For 4-star hotel’s price, there was nothing else to offer, no coffee set or kettle in the room, not even a free bottle of water in minibar.
Unlike the other Hotels.com VIP access properties, I have to ask about the perks, then allowed to exchange a bottle of sparkling wine to 2 small bottles of water that should cost 2 euro each.
