'This was by far one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It was wonderful to wake up, grab a to-go breakfast at Lawson’s across the street and walk a few blocks to yamashita park. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are luxurious. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We could not believe we got this room for the price we did. It’s easy walking distance to everything you could want in Yokohama. We will definitely stay here again. '

'The hotel cleaning can be better. The carpet in the room was not properly vaccum daily. The carpet around the head board eas dusty. We also saw a piece of manicure nail left behind by previous guest on the carpet inside the closet when we checked in. Besides all that, the room we were in had nice view and rhe property is conveniently located above a mall with easy access to food, subway and train station.'

'Since first coming in August & September 2023, I have been familiar with this property. With my second trip this year in June, this place is as good as ever! Washed my clothes daily after coming back from my railway day trips. Also very convenient with a Lincos Supermarket, Starbucks and restaurants on the first floor. Bashamichi Station on the Minatomirai Line is also located right below, which makes it convenient for my railway trips. Will definitely come back again on future trips to eastern...
