Aparthotels in Solitude

'I was disappointed with the extra fees for parking and lack of direction when checking in. Very vague and not very accommodating! The concierge turned me away and said come back? Check in and check out time was only 17 hours. Not even a 24 hour window? Overall is a nice place but service was not good at all and disappointing. Thank you'

'The property is in a good location as far as creature comforts are concerned. It’s surrounded by restaurants and shops. There’s also a nice walking trail nearby.'

'Great location with beautiful views. Layout of the room was great, only downside was no desk area, but minor issue. Shower is huge and was awesome. Check-in is a bit wonky, as it's not immediately clear how to lookup your name in the kiosk, and if you leave off anything it won't return your reservation. Called and spoke to a lovely person who helped out, and was solved in a few minutes. Parking was easy to get in and out, and the property is close to all sorts of restaurants and a short walk up...

'Very nice hotel. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with everything included. Loved it!'

'The host was fine, the room was great. My only issue was with the person who answered the phone whenI called about the checkin process. The email I got said that I had to check in at Sunrise condo after 5pm. When I was running close to 5 pm due to my flight being delayed, I called to make sure that I could still checkin at Silverado. The person was very short and condescending telling me that front desk at Silverado was available until 11 pm. I found out when I got to Silverado that the 5pm...

'The property was very clean.'

'Cet endroit est parfait pour passer un agréable séjour. Plus activités à proximité.Il y a trois piscines sur le resort. Par contre elles n’ont que 3 pieds de profond. Stationnement privé, intérieur, très pratique et proche de l’appartement par l’ascenseur. Par contre, je ne recommande pas ce Resort ou l’unité d’hébergement pour une personne en fauteuil roulant. Il n’y a aucune commodité qui peut accommoder une personne en fauteuil roulant.'
