'The room was pleasant and always clean for us after a long day. Breakfast was always on the table before we showed up to the table. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A 10 min walk away from the Plaza de Armas, quite place if you like to stay away from the noise. '

'Fabulous hotel and very friendly staff. There was a minor issue with our payment on arrival. The staff quickly noticed the issue, where honest and apologetic. Paolo in particular was very helpful and friendly. The hotel also gave a free ticket to a city to apologise which very kind. Generally, the hotel is clean, well maintained. Very comfortable and has good amenities and in a good location. Will definitely stay here again and advocate that others do so too.'

'We stayed 2 nights. The location is top, nect to the monastery and 2 blocks away from the Plaza de Armas. We were offered an upgrade for extra money, but we took the superior room we booked. The only window looked out over a service corridor with little privacy. Breakfast is okayish and the sauna not really usuable. We did not get the free upgrade (if available) nor a free drink as promised by Expedia. Good stay overall though, Arequipa wonderful'
