'Nasty. The only good thing I can say about this place was the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Otherwise, run! Roaches everywhere, filthy floors and random noises inside the walls throughout the night. Yikes '

'Hotel was worn and tired. Door to balcony did not work to overlook the water. Lock was jammed or broken and building settling had prevented the door from functioning. Mold/ discoloration in bath and shower showcased the lack of care for maintenance and health. No blankets provided and a call to remedy was a person that did not deliver or resolve the issue. '

'Heerlijk motel in Melbourne beach. Eenvoudig, maar wel van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hadden een huisje met woon- en slaapkamer, badkamer en complete keuken. Ideaal voor een verblijf van enkele dagen. Niet het meeste schone, maar wel leuk, gezellig en met een heerlijk terras aan het strand waar je volledige vrijheid hebt. '

'The staff were very professional and helpful! Wayne was an absolute Godsend! Our flight got us there super early and he was able to find us a room immediately after we arrived. The hotel was clean, the gym was efficient, and the breakfast was good. My only complaint is that there was dental floss left on the shower bar from the previous guest. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!'

'The hotel was accepteble, rooms are very small, parking is in front of the room, nothing fancy to it. The ref and microwave make it better value. The swimmingpool was nice, only a bit of a petty that it is fully exposed to the wind from the beach, difficult to sunbathe there because of the sands painfuly blowing into it . The pool was nessesary cause the beach is covered witch black jetseam (plantresidu) and moss probaly from a nearby river, or marsch.

'The hotel was very dog friendly/accomodating.We loved being able to bring thr dogs on the beach.Our room was very nice and clean but the floors were very deeply scratched and the couch had a stain which i covered with a sheet. I showed photos at the desk to ensure our well trained dogs were not blamed.There was only one of two elevators working and it was also down a few times during our stay. we were constantly waiting to get on since it was small and slow with lots of workers and guests...

'Very clean hotel & excellent location. The breakfast area/lobby is too small and can get cramped in a hurry but that is an overall design problem of this entire chain rather than an issue at this particular location. I can recommended it with no reservations.'

'Just booked a balcony room through expedia. Was looking forward to the pool. When arrived there seemed to be construction works. All balconies closed, pool closed, no breakfast. When I looked again on the website it's mentioned in the fine print below. Who checks that when the description mentions a pool and a balcony. Very dissappointing for the highest price in the area.
Also 2 strange hairs in my bed and an alarm clock with usb but no plug in the wall. Why is it even there then?
