Luxurious Ski House on Snowmass Mountain. 324 Deer Ridge Lane Snowmass Village.

Very easy ski access to the mountain. This comfortable and stylish mountain home has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a separate den/entertaining area, a study with a pull-out sofa, pitched ceilings, great natural light and is surrounded by Aspen trees. It is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. IT can accommodate up to 10 guests very comfortably.

As a guest you will deal directly with the owner, NOT a management company. See past Reviews.

The great room features a wood-burning fireplace, a 75 inch flat screen TV and a cozy library nook with a gas fireplace. Downstairs there is an entertainment den with 60 inch TV, bar and wine closet. The library/study is private and quiet.

perfect property for two lovebirds and our dog. Hot tub was serviced right as we were pulling in - super clean. Very private, short drive to Aspen, couldn't ask for more. Bonus: the host and local service team are hands-down the best - I ordered some local flowers and they made sure they were perfectly situated before we arrived. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Great group house in a great location close to Snowmass Village. My only slight critique would be that this house isn’t really ski in ski out, it’s a pretty good walk to ski out, but skiing back in is challenging. House was clean and had nice amenities…overall great trip.

Ski Trip

Our group had an amazing stay at Michael’s beautiful home! The place was spacious, clean, and had plenty of places to sleep for our large group. The house was very close to Snowmass village, and had a close path to ski/walk to the mountain. Michael was attentive and walked us through the setup of the house ahead of time, and checked in regularly to ensure our stay was going well. It was very cold and snowy during our visit, and the property managers shoveled both the driveway and the path to the hot tub every day, which was super helpful. The wood fireplace was an amazing touch, and they made sure the wood was well stocked for us to use. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries as these are not provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful and spacious house!! Our two families had plenty of space with comfortable accommodations. It was so nice to stay on the mountain with plenty of snow!!...and the snow plows always came through early. Owner and property managers were very diligent in responding to any questions. appartment to die for

Sumptuous apartment with a real feel of being someones much loved second home not just a rental cash cow well supported by management agent and owner checked we were all ok the house is on a road that is prone to snow and a 4X4 is essential in winter you might even need snow chains if the snow is deep we had a rear wheel drive minibus which was a bit of an adventure to say the least.

Great stay overall

We had a great family vacation with adults and kids all finding space and activities throughout the house. Highlight of the trip was the attentiveness of the owner and management company. Any issues were rectified quickly. House itself is adequate but aging. That said, the value vs. other houses is apparent and the pictures and description is completely fair. The ski in / ski out at the end of the road (near the turn) is doable for even moderate skiers. Simply have to walk down the street or get dropped off. Probably 300-400 yards or a very brief drop off in the car. Great stay overall.

Great house for a bunch of men. 4 minute ride to free premium village parking. 7 men but would have been more comfortable with 6 as we had to use a fold out bed in the sitting room. Great fully stocked kitchen. Apparently there is ski in , couldn’t find it but it was great to park in the village.

We had a great visit to Snowmass! The house was very spacious to accommodate our large group of family and friends. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and sheets, and the hot tub was fantastic. Communication with the property managers was also smooth as well as the check-in and check-out process.
