'I stayed at Silver Ridge Ranch for 2 nights and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the management. The manager, Jennifer, behaved in a way that I found inappropriate and concerning. Although I had already paid in advance through a third-party site (Expedia), she repeatedly called me and insisted that I needed to pay her directly. 'The amenities being different from the lodge was a little confusing/disappointing. Particularly the adherence to the 4pm check-in time and the upcharges associated with this. The host was accommodating as there were a few things missing. '

'Great stay overall — excellent communication, very clean, pet friendly, and kid-friendly with lots of games. Best suited for a single family traveling together. The bedrooms layout is more child-oriented than adult-oriented.'

'It was clean. The bedroom was very nice and the bed was top notch. The problem with the place is that, while you are in beautiful natural surroundings of the Suncadia Lodge, this property has a view of nothing, not even the parking lot. For what the owners want you to pay per night, you would expect a little more. You are in the Suncadia Lodge; it shouldn't feel like you are at a hotel next to a major airport. '
