The tides come right up to the buildings at high tide you may need to walk down a few buildings to gain access but you won`t get any closer to the ocean than this. At times of extreme high tide you may have to go to a beach access to gain access to the beach.
Guests are welcome to use the on site parking, multipurpose court, laundry rooms and grilling areas.
