We arrived a little late and when we walked in it was so nice, it smelled clean there was soft music playing. The home was so welcoming, the bed was so comfortable, and the hot tub was clean. I loved everything about it, would have just moved in if i could the kitchen had everything you need to cook, i made quit a few meals, even cinnamon rolls. There was a grill outside that my husband used a few times the game room was fun aswell. I hadn't realized there was an Alexa/speaker or whatever they're called, upstairs until it spoke and told us to not forget to throw away the trash scared me a bit, but i really enjoyed the stay

A blissful 25th anniversary

Friends in highschool, we started dating in college, and have been married and inseperable for 25 years. We live and work in the madhouse that is the dfw metroplex. Every anniversary we come to the area seeking some peace and some uninterrupted time together. The cabin was a small, intimate, and cozy slice of the exact heaven we came looking for. Mountains, trees, and nothing but time to hang out together. Be it at the cabin, which was well appointed for that, or roaming around the region. We spent hours in the hot tub on the second floor balcony listening to early morning wildlife or lounging in the deck furniture up there. If not out doing something, lounging upstairs, or having our meals in multiple locations set up for that we were lounging together watching our favorite shows/movies in the evenings on the very comfy couches in the living room. The 6 days we spent at the cabin was blissful to say the least. Not a single stressful thing in life.

Dawn’s Early Peak was the perfect retreat to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was quiet and offered plenty of privacy. All the rooms were extremely spacious. The house and deck were immaculately clean. It was the best stocked rental we’ve ever stayed in. The amenities were outstanding, and the entire rental felt high end while still being cozy and comfortable. You will not be disappointed booking this property!

Perfect mix of pampering and relaxation

Dawn’s Early Peak did not disappoint. They were lacking for nothing. Clean, neat, comfortable, beautiful and fun! The best was amazing assistance from Jody the host. We were arriving late around 1 am. GPS turned us too early and we went up into a mountain road and we called and he answered!!! Directed us back and we made it to the house at 1:30 am to lights and Christmas tree on with Christmas music playing. So welcoming and the few days we were there were perfect.
