'The staff at the counter was very kind and make us feel welcome at the check in. The room was nice and very clean but, the A/C from our room wasn’t working. After we informed to the staff, they immediately switched us to another room.
The breakfast was okay but could be better. My suggestion is to have at least 2 bottles of water in the room for the coffee maker.'

'Hotel is rundown. Chips and broken structures, abandoned patio furniture in the patio outside the front door. Knife elevators was broken. Wallpaper mismatched and peeling. Towels as thin as paper towels, landscape overgrown and messy. Hair dryer looked like it was from 1980. Felt unsafe because of the poor condition of the physical plant. Hotel may be in a transition phase but has seen better days. Wouldn’t recommend'

'Breakfast was suitable. Room was nice although i couldn't use the dish washer, the toilet would run occasionally and trash was often left in the hallways. I also used the laundry facilities to wash my clothes but the dryers weren't working. When i called the front desk they made no offer to dry my clothes. They instead told me to call a number at 9pm. I had to hang my wet clothes around my room to dry. I felt that was thoughtless and inconsiderate of the clerk. '

'The hotel is a decent stay. Breakfast was good (not great) and the room was comfortable.
The dining area could’ve been bigger to allow for more guests to sit. There were some stains on the wall and the room’s doorway definitely wasn’t sound proof enough. Not expecting perfection, but could hear laughter and conversations loudly in the corridor. Walking through the corridor, you could actually hear other guests’ conversations in detail without trying.
