'Beautiful property. Owner does not speak English which made the check in difficult. It’s a self check in and we were not given our room number which should have been in the welcome email, but was not. When calling owner to find out room number, she kept giving the code to the front door instead.
We were saved by another guest who was able to work out which room was ours. '
'No complaints about the stay. Check for western standards. Spa is very cheap and worth every penny. Restaurant could be improved, felt like the chef was clueless about some dishes (quality was good though).'
'This is an attractive, upscale hotel, very well located in Trencin. Limited outdoor parking behind the hotel. Attractive room and dining room. But lots of downsides and annoyances: front desk staff not particularly friendly or helpful, hallway motion detector lights went on slowly and went off quickly, no night table on my side of the bed (had to turn over trash can and use that), kitchen in restaurant closes at 8:30pm, no desk chairs, flakey internet (disconnects), paper cups in bathroom,...
'Ce n'était pas la chambre la plus confortable, l'eau du spa était froide et le coût est de 1000 couronnes. Mais le buffet déjeuner était vraiment délicieux et complet. Meilleur petit déjeuné d'hôtel de ma vie!!! Pour les gens avec une voiture. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon pour souper aussi.'
