'Loved the Jam Tram'

'Staff were amazing! However, the elevators were not working our entire stay. Also, there was no trash can in the bathroom along with a burnt out light bulb and leaky toilet. Housekeeping did not show up so we were out of coffee pods and bottled water. With all that said I would give them another try solely on how friendly the hotel staff was!'

'Breakfast was fresh, but that's because the attendant only cooks enough for 2, maybe three people at a time. That includes stocking the juice and other items in the same capacity. It was like they were not going to risk wasting anything at all because they were super cheap. Breakfast also requires a ticket that the attendant rudely yelled for after finally returning with another batch of food (enough for my bf and I, but not the three people behind us waiting). Hotel is old, and not in the best...

'This place is awesome!! Very secure and quaint. Nice rooms and a comfortable bed. Access to the John Hand Club on the top floor is very nice. Location was great and service impeccable. We will stay there again.'

'Staff was ok just not very talkative. Rooms were nice but no closet or hanger system to hang clothes at all. There was no iron to iron the wrinkled clothes we couldn’t hang. There were no drawers for the clothes either. The shower ran well and the fridge was nice and cold. '

'Good breakfast '

'We asked for a pet friendly room and I understand that you usually get a gently used, not perfect room. Overall we felt the room floors were dirty, the bed springs squeaked and 6:00 AM breakfast arrived about 6:20. Plus side it was in a convenient location. We did get a first floor room as requested. Did not see the $25 pet fee when we made the reservation. Wished it would have been disclosed on the Expedia website.'

'You call tell the couple that runs this place know what there doing, they are very kind and always polite'

'The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The air condition was not working properly and the coffee maker was broken. The restaurant downstairs did not have any glasses or ice. The waiter was nice but was not prepared to serve customers. The coffee shop did not have any cream or lids for the coffee and we’re not prepared to serve customers. Overall, the hotel is nice And the staff is friendly, but the restaurants are not recommended.'
