There are also ferries that run regularly from Sliema to Valletta, the capital of Malta, and other nearby islands. Taxis and car rentals are also readily available in Sliema, so you can easily get around the island by car.
Walking is also a great option, as the promenade is pedestrian-friendly and you can easily walk to nearby destinations.

Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date. 5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored. 6. What is included in the apartment. - Shower gel - Plate liquid soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage. - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person 7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book.
